When will no actually work?

Because right now, it's the funniest thing she's heard in her life! She goes over to the tv, or the trash can, or the box of ornaments and we say no, and move her away. She laughs and crawls just as fast as her little legs will take her back to the spot of the incident and does it again...and again...and again. While we brush her teeth she bites our finger, when we say no or ow she continues to bite and smile a big ole smile. Sometimes when she knows she shouldn't be doing something, like crawling over to the box of ornaments, she stops part way there, turns, looks at us, and smiles. A few seconds later she continues her journey. Such a trouble maker! This is why we waited to get the tree and why I have been so lethargic about decorating it. Well, that and I'm just lazy.. :-)

But, I can't complain too much because she has learned to hand us toys, of course she always wants them back...and how to turn the pages in the book, both forward and backward...and how to dance when we sing the abc's, which is her favorite song...and how to push objects while she's standing, or hold on to only 1 finger while she's walking...and how to crawl away from us when she thinks she's in trouble or wants to be chased... and how to say ma, ba, da, dat, though not in relation to anything in particular yet... what more could we ask for really?
