Partay!

So, party #2 for Kayla was Jan 26th at the park with our Luna Club friends.  I decided a couple months back that we wouldn't do our own party because Luna Club does a monthly party and we were going to do the same thing, in the same park, with the same people, just a few days later.  So, why do it twice?  Especially since she was the only January birthday for Luna Club.  And, instead of a big party we'd go to Disneyland!  Yay!  (but that'll be another post).

Kayla's favorite characters right now are Mickey Mouse and Dora.  Since she got a lot of Dora stuff for Christmas I went with Mickey for her birthday.  Well, Mickey and Minnie since she's a girl.  Plus that provided a nice tie in to Disneyland (even if she never noticed).  A tablecloth, some plates and napkins, cupcakes, and a tablecloth later we had ourselves a party! 

Oh, and her Minnie Mouse costume from Halloween!

And then it was all over and time to go home.  Awww... tired party girl!

It was the perfect party for her.  Room to run, cake to eat, friends to play with.  What 2 year old could ask for anything more?
